{"id":8737,"date":"2017-02-06T10:52:48","date_gmt":"2017-02-06T09:52:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fluvius-shop.com\/shop\/super-midi-miller-bb1220"},"modified":"2020-04-14T00:03:49","modified_gmt":"2020-04-13T22:03:49","slug":"super-midi-miller-bb1220","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.fluvius-shop.com\/en\/shop\/super-midi-miller-bb1220","title":{"rendered":"SUPER MIDI MILLER with 12mm shaft \/ 20m"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Fluvi Miller General Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Drive:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Fluvi Miller devices: Micro, Mini, Midi, and Maxi are powered by a 230 Volt motor (normal socket), the Maxi Miller Power Plus is powered by a 400 Volt motor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor speed:<\/strong><br \/>\nDepending on the device, infinitely variable speed regulation up to 1400, 1600, 1800 or 3000 rpm is possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shaft diameter:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe different device sizes are offered with shaft diameters of 8mm, 12mm and 18mm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Low operating costs:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe unit only consumes power when the motor is running, no additional power is needed, e.g. for a compressor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Versatility:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Fluvimillers allow cleaning, milling, cutting, polishing and brushing with one machine, the different tools are available individually and can all be operated with one unit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construction:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Fluvi Miller units combine all functions in one unit: motor, control, drive shaft with shaft basket and transport wheels.<br \/>\nRobust and solid workmanship as well as a shaft cage with ball bearings are part of the basic equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equipment:<\/strong><br \/>\nAll units are portable or equipped with castors. The Midi, Maxi and Maxi Power Plus units are equipped with a staircase slide guard to facilitate transport over stairs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safety:<\/strong><br \/>\nDue to the protected drive shaft there is no risk of injury to the user (no special gloves required) and damage to the pipes to be rehabilitated is avoided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Precision:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe use of a commercially available camera during operation enables precise work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operation:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe simple control via a foot pedal makes operation of the shaft child&#8217;s play.
