Bladders for nozzle packers with 90° branch
Available for main pipes in sizes from DN75 to DN150 with 90° branch from DN50 to DN150.
These are stable bubbles made of a silicon-coated gauze.
By exchanging the bladder, it can be adapted to the pipe dimension to be rehabilitated. The bladder is fixed to the existing holder for nozzle packers by pipe clamps and fabric tape and is immediately ready for use.
By inserting the lubricant gel (green) on the inside of the bladder, the T-Liner can be easily pulled on. To make it easier to pull the bladder out of the installed T-Liner, release agent (blue) is applied to the outside of the bladder.
If the bladder is damaged, small holes can be repaired with bicycle patches (bicycle shop) and silicone glue (DIY store).
Also available with 45° branch.
