Fluvi Miller general overview
Propulsion:
The Fluvi Miller devices: Micro, Mini, Midi, and Maxi are powered by a 230 volt motor (normal socket), the Maxi Miller Power Plus is powered by a 400 volt motor.
Motor speed:
Depending on the unit, infinitely variable speed regulation up to 1400, 1600, 1800 or 3000 rpm is possible.
Shaft diameter:
The different unit sizes are offered with shaft diameters of 8mm, 12mm and 18mm.
Low operating costs:
The unit only consumes electricity when the motor is running, no additional power is needed for e.g. a compressor.
Versatility:
The Fluvimillers allow cleaning, milling, cutting, polishing and brushing with one machine, the different tools are available separately and can all be operated with one device.
construction:
The Fluvi Miller machines combine all functions in one unit : motor, control unit, drive shaft with shaft basket and transport wheels.
Robust and solid workmanship and a ball bearing mounted shaft basket are part of the basic equipment.
Equipment:
All devices are portable or equipped with castors. Stair gliding protectors for the Midi, Maxi and Maxi Power Plus devices facilitate transport over stairs.
Safety:
Due to the protected drive shaft there is no risk of injury to the user (no special gloves required) and damage to the pipes to be rehabilitated is avoided.
Precision:
The use of a commercially available camera during operation enables precise work.
Operation:
The simple control via a foot pedal makes the shaft very easy to operate. The protected shaft allows pressure to be exerted without it unscrewing in the pipe.
Flexibility:
The shaft can be extended by 5m, 10m, 15m or 20m depending on the size of the device, also with reinforced shaft coating. We do not recommend shaft extensions for the Mini-Cleaner.
Short service life:
Possible shaft damage can be repaired by shortening the shaft directly at the construction site in a short time by the user.
